  • Collaborate with Project Managers and operations teams
  • Maintain database of current pricing information and historical data
  • Assist with value engineering to optimize costs while maintaining quality

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
